Our apparel is manufactured in different factories so it’s best to check the individual size guides provided on the product page.

Do I need to create an account or can I check out as a guest?

My product looks a different colour to your website.

We do everything in our power to provide product images that are as accurate as possible. Colours can look slightly different on your screen compared to real life due to variances in monitors and their settings.

Do you offer any other colours?

All colours are displayed on the website. Please let us know by emailing admin@outbackoffgrid.com.au with what you’re hoping for so that we can consider it for future products.

Will you be getting more sizes?

Ah, that one just depends on supply and demand. Let us know what you’re after at admin@outbackoffgrid.com.au and we’ll let you know if we’re planning to restock.


My parcel is saying delivered, but I haven’t received it…

Best check your order confirmation to ensure your address was correct. Either way give Aus Post a call on 13 76 78 to launch an investigation. Don’t forget to have your tracking number on hand. They usually take a photo of where the parcel was left that they can email. This can be very helpful in resolving a missing parcel.

What happens if my item is damaged during transit?

We package our items well to ensure they arrive to you safely. If in the odd circumstance your product is damaged in transit please send an image of the product and the packaging it arrived in to admin@outbackoffgrid.com.au and we’ll see what we can sort out for you. ☺

Where will my order dispatch from?

Outback Offgrid is located on the Sunshine Coast QLD. Outback Offgrid branded products are dispatched within 48 hours and sent via Australia Post which takes about 1-7 working days for standard post, maybe a bit more if you live way way outback. Please let us know if you do require express shipping.

Aussie Outback Supplies items are shipped either direct from the factory in Western Australia or from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. All orders are dispatched the same or next business day and are shipped via Australia Post throughout Australia.

When will my order dispatch?

Your order will dispatch within 2 business days.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address for any reason please get in contact with us ASAP! Once an order dispatches we are unable to change the address.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs depend on what products you’re purchasing and will calculate automatically in your cart.

Do you send to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Parcel Points?

Yep, sure do. ☺

What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

If a parcel is too big to be left in a mailbox, and no one’s at the address to receive it, Australia Post will look for a safe spot to leave the parcel. If they consider it unsafe to leave the parcel then the postie will leave a card in your mailbox and take your parcel to your local post office.

When will I receive my order?

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within two business days. 

Outback Offgrid is located on the Sunshine Coast QLD. We send our orders via Australia Post which takes about 1-7 working days for standard post, maybe a bit more if you live way way outback. If you’re in a hurry to get your hands on some Outback Offgrid gear, then select “express” on the checkout page and it will be delivered within 1-3 business days.


What currency are your prices displayed in?

All of our prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Why haven't I received a reply to my email?

Well that just doesn’t sound right! We like to reply ASAP! If you haven’t received a reply from us within 1 business day it’s probably because your email hasn’t made it to us. Please check you have typed our email address correctly admin@outbackoffgrid.com.au. If it is correct, then try swinging us a message on Facebook or Instagram (@outbackoffgrid) or give us a call on 0428 307 769.

How can I exchange my product?

Ordered the wrong size? Not to worry, we can get that sorted for you. Just post back your goods within 30 days to the below address and we’ll exchange the size for you. Please note that we do ask the customer to cover the cost of postage so make sure you purchase a prepaid satchel from Australia Post and include it in your parcel with your return item. We will use this satchel to send you your exchange size. It’s best to swing us an email to admin@outbackoffgrid.com.au when your goods are posted so we can keep an eye out for it and process the exchange ASAP!
