Shipping within Australia

Delivery costs depend on what products you’re purchasing and will calculate automatically in your cart.

Outback Offgrid is located on the Sunshine Coast QLD. We send our orders via Australia Post which takes about 1-7 working days for standard post, maybe a bit more if you live way way outback. Please let us know if you do require express shipping.

International Shipping

Sorry international outback explorers, we don’t currently ship outside of Australia but plan to add international shipping real soon, so stay tuned. We’ll announce this on our social pages so make sure you’re following us! ☺

Returns Policy

Ordered the wrong size? Not to worry, we can get that sorted for you. Just post back your goods within 30 days to the below address and we’ll exchange the size for you. Please note that we do ask the customer to cover the cost of postage so make sure you purchase a prepaid satchel from Australia Post and include it in your parcel with your return item. We will use this satchel to send you your exchange size. It’s best to swing us an email to admin@outbackoffgrid.com.au when your goods are posted so we can keep an eye out for it and process the exchange ASAP!

Warranty Policy

We pride ourselves on only shipping out quality products however we’re only human and can make the occasional mistake. If you’ve received a faulty product or if your much loved product hasn’t lived up to your expectations please send an image of the faulty product to admin@outbackoffgrid.com.au and we will assess your warranty claim on a case by case basis.

We know accidents can happen however our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse. If you have accidentally damaged your product, feel free to flick us an email with an image of the damaged product and we might be able to sort you out with a discount on another.
