Reliable Power for Off-Grid Living

Take your off-grid power setup to the next level with a high-capacity lithium battery designed for recreational, touring and energy storage applications. With a nominal voltage of 12.8V and a substantial 314Ah capacity, it provides a practical energy storage solution for compatible 12V systems.

Using Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) technology, this battery is suited to applications where dependable power, efficient energy storage and long-term usability are important.

High-Capacity Energy Storage

With a nominal capacity of 314Ah, this battery offers substantial storage for compatible electrical equipment and appliances. It can be considered for a range of applications, including:

Caravans and camper trailers
Motorhomes and recreational vehicles
4WD touring and touring setups
Off-grid cabins and sheds
Compatible solar power storage systems
Auxiliary power systems for camping and outdoor adventures

Actual usable energy and runtime will depend on the battery’s specifications, system configuration, connected appliances and operating conditions.

Benefits of LiFePO₄ Technology

Lithium iron phosphate batteries are popular for modern off-grid power systems because they can offer several advantages over traditional lead-acid batteries.

High energy capacity: Store substantial energy for your power requirements.
Rechargeable design: Suitable for regular charging and discharging within the manufacturer’s limits.
Long service life potential: Proper charging, storage and use can help maximise battery lifespan.
Reduced weight: LiFePO₄ batteries can be lighter than comparable lead-acid alternatives, depending on the specific models.
Versatile applications: Suitable for a variety of compatible 12V power systems.

Ideal for Touring and Off-Grid Setups

Whether you’re travelling around Australia, camping away from powered sites or setting up an independent power system, reliable battery storage is an important part of your setup.

A high-capacity battery can help supply compatible equipment such as lighting, refrigeration, communication devices and other 12V appliances, provided the battery’s discharge limits and your system’s requirements are suitable.

Installation and Compatibility

Before installation, confirm the battery’s dimensions, weight, maximum continuous charge and discharge currents, terminal type, recommended charging settings and built-in protection features with the manufacturer or supplier.

Use a compatible LiFePO₄ battery charger or charging system. If connecting to solar, ensure the solar regulator is suitable for the battery chemistry and voltage. Confirm compatibility with your alternator charger, inverter and other system components before use.

Install the battery securely, use appropriately rated cabling and fuses, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for ventilation, temperature limits, charging, storage and maintenance.

A Practical Power Solution

For caravanning, 4WD touring, camping and off-grid living, this 12.8V lithium battery provides a high-capacity energy storage option for suitably designed electrical systems. Check the manufacturer’s technical specifications to ensure it meets your individual power needs before purchasing.
