2. Products & Information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, manufacturers and suppliers may change product specifications, packaging, appearance or included accessories from time to time.
Product images may be illustrative, and colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, manufacturer updates or product revisions.
If we identify a significant error affecting an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable Australian law.
Any shipping, delivery or freight charges will be displayed during checkout where they can be calculated automatically.
Products requiring a manual freight quote will be clearly identified or presented with an appropriate freight quote option during checkout.

Orders requiring a manual freight quote may not require immediate payment.
Where a freight quote is required, you may submit your order and delivery information so that Outback Offgrid can calculate or obtain an appropriate freight price.
We will then contact you regarding the freight cost and any further payment required before the order is processed for dispatch.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Outback Offgrid delivers products within Australia where delivery services are available.
Smaller products may be charged a flat shipping rate or another shipping rate displayed at checkout.
Larger, bulky, heavy or specialised products may require an individual freight quote.
Delivery timeframes displayed or provided by Outback Offgrid are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery times may be affected by supplier processing, courier networks, stock availability, regional or remote delivery locations, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have where delivery obligations are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
8. Supplier & Dropship Orders
Some products sold by Outback Offgrid may be dispatched directly from our suppliers or distributors to the customer’s nominated delivery address.
As a result, products within the same order may:
- Arrive separately
- Be sent by different carriers
- Have different tracking numbers
- Have different estimated delivery times
Supplier fulfilment does not change your consumer rights or the fact that your purchase was made from Outback Offgrid.
If you experience a problem with an order, please contact Outback Offgrid rather than relying solely on the supplier.
9. Freight Quote Products
Certain products cannot reasonably be shipped using a standard flat-rate delivery charge due to their size, weight, destination or freight requirements.
These products may be marked Freight Quote Required.
Where this applies, the checkout process may allow you to submit an order or quote request without paying for the goods or freight immediately.
Outback Offgrid will obtain or calculate the applicable freight charge and contact you before finalising the transaction.
A freight quote may depend on your delivery postcode, delivery type, product dimensions, quantity and carrier availability.
10. Authority to Leave & Delivery
Where a customer or carrier selects an Authority to Leave service, the customer acknowledges the additional risk associated with leaving goods unattended, subject always to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, failed deliveries or redelivery may be charged where permitted by law and where the additional cost is reasonably incurred.
11. Stock Availability
As Outback Offgrid works with multiple suppliers, displayed availability may occasionally differ from actual supplier inventory.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you with appropriate options, which may include waiting for restock, selecting an alternative product or receiving a refund where applicable.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
12. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
Purchases from Outback Offgrid are covered by the consumer guarantees and other rights provided by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) where applicable.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any change-of-mind returns are subject to the conditions contained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed and used correctly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable laws.
Where professional or licensed installation is legally required, the product must be installed by an appropriately qualified person.
Outback Offgrid is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse or use contrary to manufacturer instructions, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers should check product dimensions, specifications, voltage, current ratings, connector types and other compatibility requirements before purchasing.
